- Account & order data: name, email, phone, billing & shipping address, order details, payment method (token/last-4 only, not full card numbers).
- Website usage: pages viewed, time on page, device/OS/browser, IP, cookie IDs; for security we may log failed logins and similar technical events.
- Support data: messages you send us (email, forms), attachments you upload.
- Comments & reviews (if enabled): comment content, IP address and browser user agent (for spam detection). If you use Gravatar, an anonymized hash of your email may be sent to check if you use the service; your profile image may show with an approved comment.
- Media uploads (if enabled): avoid uploading images with embedded location (EXIF GPS); site visitors can download and extract EXIF from images published on the site.

Administrators and Shop Managers can access order information (what was purchased, when, where it ships) and customer information (name, email, addresses, phone) to fulfill orders, process refunds, and support you.
6) What we share (processors & partners)
We only share data with trusted service providers who help us run the store; they process it under our instructions:
- Payment processing: e.g., PayPal (if used), and/or other PSPs you choose at checkout. They receive necessary data (order total, billing info) to process the payment and prevent fraud.
- Shipping & logistics: carriers and fulfillment partners (to ship your order and handle returns).
- Hosting & security: web hosting/CDN, backup, DDoS protection, firewalls.
- Email & customer support: email delivery and helpdesk tools (for order emails, support replies).
- Analytics/marketing (if enabled): platforms that measure site usage or ad performance.
We do not sell your personal information.
7) Retention
- Orders: kept as long as necessary for tax/accounting and consumer law (generally up to 10 years).

11) Comments, media & cookies (WordPress specifics)
- Comments: when you leave comments, we collect the data shown in the form, plus IP and browser user agent to help spam detection. (If enabled) An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it; after approval, your profile picture is public with your comment.
- Media: if you upload images, avoid EXIF location data; visitors can extract location data from images on the site.
- Login & convenience cookies: we set temporary cookies to check if your browser accepts cookies; login cookies last up to two days (two weeks if “Remember Me”); screen-option cookies last up to a year. Editing or publishing sets an additional cookie with the post ID (expires after 1 day).
12) WooCommerce – what we collect at checkout
- We track: products viewed (to show “recently viewed”), cart contents, location/IP/browser (for taxes and shipping estimates), and shipping address (to estimate shipping and deliver the order).
- When you buy, you provide: name, billing/shipping address, email, phone, payment details, and optional account info (username/password). We use this to: send order/account emails, respond to refunds/complaints, process payments/prevent fraud, set up your account, comply with legal duties (e.g., tax), improve our store, and—if you opt in—send marketing messages.
- Accounts: if you create one, we store your details to pre-fill checkout next time.
13) Payments
PayPal (if enabled): When processing payments, some data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. See the PayPal Privacy Policy for details.
