2) EU/UK – Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal to us in time (email is fine). We will reimburse all payments including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Return shipping costs are borne by you if we inform you of this in advance (this clause).
Diminished value: Please handle items only as you would in a shop. If the value of the goods is reduced due to handling beyond that, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
3) Voluntary 30-Day Returns (worldwide)
Independently of your statutory rights, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, complete, and in their original packaging. For EU/UK customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
4) Non-returnable items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene/sealed personal-care items once unsealed (e.g., grooming tools with hygiene seal)
- Digital content/downloads, gift cards
- Perishable goods (not typical for our standard products)
5) How to start a return
- Email support@furrypawtrendz.com with your order number and reason (optional).
- We will reply with your RMA instructions and confirm the return address.
- Pack items securely and send them back using a trackable service to the address above. If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund (except where we are at fault).
Please do not send returns to the product manufacturer.
6) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or you provide proof of dispatch where applicable), we process the refund to your original payment method. Where required by law, we also refund the cost of the least expensive standard outbound shipping. Express/extra services are non-refundable.
Bank posting times: After we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
7) Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order for the desired item, and return the original for a refund. If your item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
8) Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a store credit for the value of the return once received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
9) Legal warranty (EU)
EU customers benefit from the statutory 2-year legal warranty for defects according to applicable law (repair, replacement, or refund).
